I want some good ans easy desert recipies, for a party I am cooking at. Does anyone have any? Also, please send the recipie to me thanks!

Chocolate Caramel Brownies
* 1 pkg. (18.25 oz.) chocolate cake mix
* 1 cup chopped nuts
* 1 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk, divided
* 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
* 35 (10-oz. pkg.) caramels, unwrapped
* 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 350° F.
COMBINE cake mix and nuts in large bowl. Stir in 2/3 cup evaporated milk and butter (batter will be thick). Spread half of batter into ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
BAKE for 15 minutes.
HEAT caramels and remaining evaporated milk in small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until caramels are melted. Sprinkle morsels over brownie; drizzle with caramel mixture.
DROP remaining batter by heaping teaspoon over caramel mixture.
BAKE for 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 24 squares.

Cheesecake Cookie Cups
* 12 pieces NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough
* 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, at room temperature
* 1/2 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Sweetened Condensed Milk
* 1 large egg
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling

Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 325° F. Paper-line 12 muffin cups.
PLACE 1 piece of cookie dough in each prepared muffin cup.
BAKE for 10 to 12 minutes or until cookie has spread to edge of cup.
BEAT cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, egg and vanilla extract in medium bowl until smooth. Pour about 3 tablespoons cream cheese mixture over each cookie in cup.
BAKE for an additional 15 to 18 minutes or until set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Top with pie filling. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
